Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Owner Sean Nelson holds Georgia Master Plumber License MP211014, and Stars and Pipes Plumbing, LLC carries full commercial general liability insurance on every job. We are also a licensed gas contractor, so gas line and appliance work is handled in-house, not subbed out.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing service?

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Can you install a fixture or water heater I bought myself?
In most cases, yes — we'll install a faucet, toilet, or water heater you've already purchased. We'll always flag it upfront if a unit isn't code-compliant or the right fit before we start, so you're not stuck with the wrong part.
Should I shut off my main water supply when I travel?
It's smart to. Shutting off the main before a vacation prevents a failed supply line or water heater from flooding the house while you're away. We can show you where your main shutoff is — and make sure it actually works — on any visit.
Do you offer plumbing maintenance or tune-ups?
Yes. Beyond repairs, we handle preventive work — water heater flushes, drain maintenance, and whole-home plumbing inspections — to catch small problems while they are still small, before they turn into an emergency.
